Obverse description Central field dominated by the four large Chinese characters 中華民國 (Zhonghua Minguo, Republic of China) arranged in a cruciform pattern within a beaded inner circle. Surrounding the beaded border, a circular legend in Chinese characters reads: 新疆喀什造 (Made in Kashgar, Sinkiang), the Republican year (十年 or 十一年), and the denomination 當十文 (worth 10 Cash). The overall design is bold and densely inscribed, with large relief characters filling both the central field and the peripheral legend, characteristic of the provincial copper cash coinage of Sinkiang.

Reverse description Central design features two pairs of crossed staffs or banners arranged in a saltire (X) pattern, each staff bearing a diagonal grid or lattice decoration, occupying the majority of the field. Above the crossed staffs, a crescent and star device appears at the top of the coin. Arabic legends are distributed across the field: the mint name and date appear in the upper register, while the denomination legend is inscribed in the lower portion of the field. The overall composition is characteristic of the bilingual Sinkiang provincial copper coinage, reflecting the region's dual Chinese and Uyghur Muslim cultural identity.
