The legend is rendered in bold Kannada script with characteristic rounded strokes, arranged in horizontal registers across the flan. A granular or beaded border encircles the field, typical of Mysore copper coinage of this era. The strike is uneven due to the hammered technique, resulting in some areas of weak impression at the periphery.
