| Obverse description | Central field features four large Chinese ideograms arranged in a cruciform pattern reading top to bottom and right to left, with a decorative floral rosette at the centre. The upper legend contains the reign title and imperial designation in Chinese characters, while the lower legend bears additional denominational inscriptions. Flanking the central ideograms to the left and right are Manchu script characters identifying the mint. The overall composition is framed by a plain raised border, with all elements rendered in a bold, raised relief characteristic of late Qing provincial coinage. |
