| Obverse description | Central field features four large Chinese characters arranged in a cruciform pattern reading top to bottom and right to left, flanking a pair of Manchu script characters at the centre. An outer ring of smaller Chinese characters forms a continuous legend around the periphery, providing the provincial attribution, reign title, and denomination. The design is entirely typographic, with no figural elements, and is enclosed within a plain inner border and a beaded outer border. |
