Reverse description A coiled Imperial Chinese dragon rendered in high relief occupies the central field, its scaly body curling upon itself with clawed feet extended and a horned head facing forward. A flaming pearl is depicted beneath the dragon's head at centre. The dragon is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the provincial name FOO-KIEN arcing along the upper periphery and the denomination 10 CASH inscribed along the lower periphery in Latin letters. Small six-pointed rosettes serve as dividers between the legend elements.
