| Obverse description | Central field features a decorative rosette flower motif flanked on either side by Manchu (Mongolian script) characters. Four large Chinese ideograms are arranged vertically in two columns reading top to bottom, right to left, surrounding the central flower. A circular outer legend of Chinese ideograms runs along the periphery, denoting the province of issue, the reign title of Emperor Guangxu, and the denomination. The design is contained within a beaded inner border. |
