| Obverse description | Central field bears four large Chinese characters arranged vertically and horizontally reading 'Guangxu Yuanbao' (光緒元寶), within a beaded inner circle. The province name 'Chingkiang' (清江) appears at the right and left outer fields in Chinese characters, while the denomination inscription 'Dang Shi Wen Zhi' (當十文制) is rendered along the lower outer field. Eight Manchu script characters are arranged around the upper periphery between the beaded circle and the outer rim, denoting the imperial reign title and mint. No flower ornament is present in the design. |
