| Reverse description | A coiled imperial dragon rendered in high relief occupies the central field, its sinuous body scaled in fine detail, grasping a flaming pearl amid stylized clouds and flame motifs. The dragon faces forward with an open mouth and prominent horns, its tail curling to the lower left. The surrounding legend is divided between the upper arc, reading the province name, and the lower arc, reading the denomination in English. Two small six-pointed rosettes flank the lower legend at the three and nine o'clock positions. The design is contained within a continuous inner beaded border. |
