Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse is printed in dark blue-black on a light underprint, with a central vignette at right of a seated allegorical figure of Mercury, god of commerce, amid rocky terrain with industrial machinery. The denomination numeral '10' appears at left within an ornate guilloche frame, with the bank title 'EL BANCO DE LA NACION BOLIVIANA' across the top and 'DIEZ BOLIVIANOS' in a panel below the central design. A bold black overprint reading 'BANCO CENTRAL DE BOLIVIA' is applied horizontally across the face, with three manuscript signatures of bank officials along the lower margin.
