Obverse description	The obverse carries an intaglio portrait of the Bolivian painter Cecilio Guzmán de Rojas at right, set against a multicolour guilloche underprint in pale green and pink tones. BANCO CENTRAL DE BOLIVIA is inscribed across the upper register, with DIEZ BOLIVIANOS in bold at centre and LEY 901 DE 28 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 1986 below; the Bolivian coat of arms appears at lower left. Two facsimile signatures are placed below the central denomination, accompanied by the titles PRESIDENTE BCB and MINISTRO DE FINANZAS.
