Obverse description	The obverse is printed in dark blue-grey ink on a salmon-pink underprint. The Bolivian national coat of arms appears as the central vignette, flanked on either side by the numeral '10' in large figures. To the right, an oval vignette presents a tropical palm tree landscape. The header reads 'VALE DE TESORERIA DE LA REPUBLICA DE BOLIVIA' in bold letterpress, with the series letter 'A' printed at lower left and right, and signature lines for the Director del Tesoro Nacional, Ministro de Hacienda, Delegado Nacional, and Admor. de Aduana.

Reverse description	The reverse is printed entirely in red ink and dominated by an elaborate guilloche framework of interlocking rosettes and scrollwork. A central circular vignette contains a female allegorical portrait with a radiant sunburst underprint. A rectangular text panel below the central vignette carries the authorizing law text, and the numeral '10' appears in large figures at both left and right within the guilloche border.
