A privately issued fantasy note with no monetary authority behind it — Banknotedesigns is the commercial imprint of Swiss-based designer Mauro Aurelio, who has produced a series of high-quality novelty pieces printed by Gammaprint in Luzern. These circulate among collectors as design objects, not currency, and carry no legal tender status in any jurisdiction.
Gammaprint is a legitimate Swiss commercial printer with a track record in high-security document aesthetics, which lends these pieces a finish that outclasses most souvenir currency on the market.
