正面描述	A young woman in three-quarter view is shown at centre-right in intaglio, intently weaving a traditional Ethiopian basket, with the finished coiled basketwork spread in the foreground. To the left, a multicolour underprint vignette of the Derg-era lion watermark is visible at centre, flanked by fine guilloche rosettes at the lower corners. An inset vignette of a traditional Ethiopian woven storage basket appears at upper right, while the issuer's name in both Amharic and English runs across the top of the note.

背面描述	The central vignette presents a large intaglio scene of a farmer operating a tractor ploughing a field, with a rural landscape of trees, hills, and traditional tukul huts in the background. To the left, a colourful vignette of a traditional Ethiopian woven mesob (basket table) is rendered in multicolour intaglio. The Derg-era national arms — a cogwheel enclosing a radiant sun above a landscape, wreathed by wheat — appear in an oval cartouche at the right, with denomination numerals at upper right and lower left within guilloche borders.
