Obverse description Central field features a raised circular ring device, above which is placed the royal Steel Crown of Romania in high relief. Flanking the central device on either side are crossed royal sceptres or standard finials. A curved ribbon banner below the central device bears the legend ROMANIA in raised Latin letters, all within a beaded border.

Reverse description Central field displays a raised circular ring device, around which an open wreath of oak branches frames the design, tied at the base. The denomination legend 10 BANI is inscribed in large raised letters arching across the upper field, while the date 1905 appears in the lower exergue area between the wreath terminals, all within a beaded border.
