| Obverse description | Central field bears the National Emblem of Oman, depicting two crossed khanjar daggers overlaid on a pair of crossed swords, with a belt at the intersection. The emblem is rendered in high relief against a plain field. An Arabic legend curves along the upper periphery reading the ruler's name and title, and continues along the lower periphery with the designation 'Sultan of Oman.'
