Reverse description A front-facing Garuda, the mythical bird-deity and royal emblem of Thailand, is depicted with wings spread and talons prominent in the aluminium bronze centre, above a banner bearing an inscription in Thai script. The denomination '๑๐' (10) appears to the left and 'บาท' (Baht) to the right of the Garuda in the outer ring. The copper-nickel ring carries a circular Thai-script legend recording the 100th anniversary of the first Thai commercial bank, the name of the Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, and the date 30 January BE 2550 (2007 CE), with 'ประเทศไทย' (Thailand) at the base.
