Obverse description At center, the State Emblem of the Republic of Abkhazia is rendered in relief on a smooth field, with the Abkhazian inscription 'АҦСНЫ АБАНК' (Bank of Abkhazia) positioned beneath it. A semicircular legend above the emblem reads '10 ҦСАРК' (10 Apsars), denoting the coin's denomination. Along the left rim, the elemental symbol and fineness designation 'Ag 925' are inscribed in accordance with the Mendeleev Periodic Table convention, while the mint mark 'ММД' (Moscow Mint) appears to the right. On the lower matted field, a secondary inscription repeats 'АҦСНЫ АБАНК' accompanied by the year of issue '2009'.
