Rwanda's National Bank has issued a recurring series of miniature silver coins marketed largely to collectors in Europe and Asia, with the "Transport" theme appearing across multiple years in the 2010s and 2020s. At half a gram, these are among the smallest silver coins produced by any sovereign authority — a format pioneered largely by the Rwandan program and a handful of Pacific island issuers working with European minting houses, most commonly the Bavarian firm B.H. Mayer.
