| Obverse description | Central device depicts the crowned Polish eagle with spread wings, rendered in high relief, facing right. The eagle's talons grip the lower field, flanking the denomination legend ZŁ 10000 ZŁ inscribed in large numerals across the lower portion of the coin. The date 1990 appears split to either side of the eagle's body, with 19 to the left and 90 to the right. The circular legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA runs along the upper periphery, separated by dot stops. The mint mark MW is visible beneath the eagle. |
