The National Coat of Arms of Mongolia appears on the obverse, set against fine guilloche underprint work. Denominations in both Western numerals and traditional Mongolian script are inscribed alongside the issuing authority legends. |

To the left, a tall ornamental panel contains a circular soyombo-derived guilloche rosette in gold and grey tones with the vertical Cyrillic inscription МОНГОЛБАНК.
