Description de l’avers	The face is dominated by a large central guilloche medallion enclosing the national coat of arms in an arabesque vignette, flanked by symmetrical foliate scrollwork printed in red-brown on a pale green underprint. The numeral and text value appear in both Arabic-script and Cyrillic letterpress at the lower centre, with the Hijri date 1338 in Arabic numerals at lower right. A decorative ornamental cartouche panel occupies the right margin, repeating the coat of arms motif and the date.

Description du revers	The back presents an overall fine guilloche lattice ground in red-brown, within a meander border. Two principal decorative cartouches in a cusped ogival form are set side by side in the lower half, each containing Arabic-script inscriptions, while a larger lobed cartouche above carries additional text and a handstamped official seal. A watermark-like ghost impression of the obverse coat of arms panel is visible at left through the thin paper stock.
