The design is executed in red and blue tones over a multicolour guilloche underprint, with a vertical band of traditional Belarusian folk-ornament patterns along the left margin and two denomination numerals — one in a dark oval cartouche at upper left, the other in a grey rounded panel at upper right. The НРБР monogram in ornate lettering appears at upper right, with the inscription ВІЦЕБСК.
