| Obverse description | The obverse features the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — a double-headed eagle displayed, crowned with two smaller imperial crowns and surmounted by a larger central crown, holding an orb and sceptre in its talons, with a shield depicting the mounted St. George slaying the dragon at centre.
