| Obverse description | Central vignette of the double-headed eagle arms of the Don Cossack Host within an ornate cartouche, with the serial number and series designation to the left. The upper portion carries the maturity date «срок 1 Октября 1919 г.» and the denomination «Руб 10000» in the upper right; the bold Cyrillic heading reads «5% КРАТКОСРОЧНОЕ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВО ВСЕВЕЛИКАГО ВОЙСКА ДОНСКОГО». The lower portion contains the handwritten serial number, place of issue (Новочеркасск), and the date 1 Октября 1919 г., with manuscript text lines for the paying institution. |
