| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is printed in red-brown on plain paper and carries Arabic script inscriptions along the upper and lateral borders identifying the issuing authority. A central radiate sunburst vignette dominates the design, flanked by ornamental foliate devices on either side, with the denomination numeral 100000 rendered in large bold letterpress characters across the centre. The overall layout is characteristic of the primitive typographic printing used for Khorezm emergency issues of the early 1920s. |

Cyrillic denomination inscriptions reading "10000 РУБЛЕЙ" appear at the top and bottom of the medallion surround, while additional Arabic numerals and text occupy the lateral margins. Small floral rosette ornaments in a contrasting pink-red tone are applied at the corners of the border. |
