| Obverse description | Green-tinted cheque-style note with a fine geometric border frame. The heading in Cyrillic reads ЭРИВАНСКОЕ ОТДЕЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО БАНКА (Erivan Branch of the State Bank), with the sub-inscription indicating it is a special current account of the Government of the Republic of Armenia; the denomination 10,000 rubles is stated in large printed numerals at the right and in words at the center. Date of issue (August 1919) and series/number are printed in the body of the note, with two manuscript signatures of the Minister and Minister of Finance at the lower portion. |
