| Obverse description | A large vignette of an Embera indigenous woman occupies the right portion of the note, accompanied by a small gold pre-Columbian sculpture at her side. The centre carries the bank title, denomination, and commemorative inscriptions, with two authorising signatures superimposed over a circular vignette of Columbus's fleet. The left field contains the watermark zone, with red serial numbers appearing both above the watermark area and in larger format below the portrait. |
