| Beschrijving voorzijde | At left, the denomination numeral '10000' is rendered in large format against a multicolour guilloche underprint carrying the patriotic motto 'A VITÓRIA É CERTA'. At right, a circular vignette presents a dual portrait of António Agostinho Neto (1922–1979), first President of Angola, in the foreground, with his successor José Eduardo dos Santos (born 1942) in the background. The issuing authority's name, 'BANCO NACIONAL DE ANGOLA', is inscribed across the upper margin. |

| Opmerkingen |
The kwanza reajustado was Angola's second attempt at currency stabilization after independence, introduced in 1995 at a rate of 1,000 kwanzas to one kwanza reajustado. It failed. Hyperinflation, fueled by the ongoing civil war between the MPLA government and UNITA, rendered even high denominations like this one functionally worthless within months of issue. The reajustado itself was replaced by the readjusted kwanza in 1999 at 1,000,000 to one.
The printed date of 1945 in the catalog data is almost certainly a transcription error — Thomas De La Rue's involvement here dates to the mid-1990s print contracts with Luanda.
