Obverse description The upper field features three heraldic shields arranged in a fan composition: the Bohemian double-tailed lion rampant at center, flanked by the Moravian eagle and the Silesian eagle, all rendered in high relief. Below the shields, the denomination and issuer legend appear in two lines across the central field. In the lower portion, a depiction of the medieval Prague city seal is shown in intaglio style, bearing a fortified gate with towers and a surrounding circular inscription. The engraver's initials appear in the right field near the seal.
