| 背面描述 | Central field depicts a stylized linden tree — the national symbol of the Czech lands — with three heraldic shields suspended from its branches: the Bohemian lion on the central shield, and the Moravian and Silesian eagles on the flanking shields. A raised lenticular cartouche at the base of the tree contains the denomination 10000 Kč. The surrounding legend ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA arcs in four segments along the upper and lower periphery, separated by decorative dots. A beaded border runs along the inner rim. The mint mark of the Czech Mint (ČM) appears in the right field. |

Issued to mark the centenary of Czechoslovakia's founding on 28 October 1918, when the new state declared independence from Austria-Hungary in the final weeks of World War I. The proclamation was read in Prague while Tomáš Masaryk was still in Washington — he learned of it hours later. The Czech National Bank's centennial gold program across 2018 was among the most ambitious commemorative series the institution had undertaken, with multiple denominations tied to specific events of that founding year.
