| Obverse description | Central field features the historic coat of arms of Czechoslovakia, depicting two rampant lions flanking a quartered shield adorned with heraldic devices, with a ribbon below bearing the motto PRAVDA VÍTĚZÍ (Truth Wins). Beneath the coat of arms appear facsimile signatures of the founding fathers of Czechoslovakia, including T. G. Masaryk. A raised lenticular cartouche in the lower field contains the dual dates 1918 and 2018, commemorating the centenary of the republic's foundation. The surrounding legend VZNIK ČESKOSLOVENSKA arcs along the upper and lower periphery, with a beaded border encircling the entire design. The engraver's initials VP appear in a small square in the upper right field. |
