| Obverse description | The obverse is shaped and struck in high relief to replicate the right-facing profile of an ornately engraved single-action revolver, presented with the barrel pointing to the right. The entire surface of the barrel, frame, and cylinder is covered with elaborate scrolling foliate arabesques rendered in antique-finish silver, with selectively applied gold-colored highlights accentuating heart-shaped motifs on the cylinder. The grip panels are rendered in a smooth, polished silver imitating ivory or bone, and bear an engraved coat-of-arms cartouche at the base. Playing card suit symbols and additional decorative devices are visible on the frame above the trigger guard. The inscription '2 OZ .999 FINE SILVER' appears along the upper barrel flat, with the legends 'REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD', '2023', and '10000 FRANCS CFA' distributed across the field. |
