| 背面描述 | A vibrant, fully colorized high-relief depiction of a lush wildflower meadow teeming with biodiversity. The foreground is densely populated with red poppies, white daisies, blue cornflowers, yellow dandelions, purple thistles, and various grasses, with a honeybee visible among the blooms at lower left and a yellow butterfly in the mid-field. A barn swallow in natural blue, white, and red coloring sweeps dynamically across the upper right in flight, accompanied by smaller birds in the background sky rendered in deep blue. A green deciduous tree occupies the upper left, and a rabbit is partially visible in the right mid-ground. The inscription 1 KG .999 AG appears along the lower left arc of the field, with the engraver's signature to the lower right. |

The BCEAO issues commemorative silver in its own name but does so under the authority of eight member states — Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Togo — none of which individually authorize the coin. These large-format kilogram pieces are produced exclusively for the collector market and have no circulation history whatsoever in the CFA franc zone, where the highest circulating denomination sits far below this face value.
