| 备注 |
The BCEAO's 10,000 Franc note is the highest denomination issued by the union, serving eight West African member states simultaneously — which is precisely why the signature combinations matter so much to collectors. The left signature belongs to the national Minister of Finance of whichever issuing country signed off; the right is the BCEAO Governor. Alassane Ouattara signed as Côte d'Ivoire's Finance Minister before becoming central bank governor himself, and later president — making his pairing with Roch Marc Kaboré among the more historically loaded of the series.
Ten distinct signature combinations span the P#114A run, each tied to specific date ranges and country rotations. Gnandou's appearance reflects Niger's ministry; Diop, Senegal's. Attributing undated or lightly dated examples to a specific country requires cross-referencing the signature pair against known appointment records.
