附加信息	Munkácsy Mihály died in 1900 in a psychiatric institution in Endenich, Germany, having spent his final years incapacitated by progressive paralysis — a bitter end for a painter who had been one of the most celebrated artists in Europe during the 1880s. The Hungarian state has repeatedly returned to him as a subject for commemorative issues, partly because his international reputation remains the strongest argument for Hungarian painting's place in the 19th-century canon. The 2019 issue marks the 175th anniversary of his birth.
