Beschrijving voorzijde Central design features a traditional firefighter's helmet with laurel decoration, flanked by two crossed fire axes, rendered in high relief. The denomination '10000 FORINT' and date '2020' appear in the lower field beneath the central motif. The country name 'MAGYARORSZÁG' is inscribed along the lower rim, while the motto 'DICSŐ MÚLTBÓL A MÉLTÓ JÖVŐBE!' (From a glorious past to a worthy future!) curves along the upper border. The Budapest Mint mark 'BP.' appears to the lower left of the central design. The overall composition is executed in a clean, modern numismatic style with a proof finish.

Aanvullende informatie

Hungary's organized fire service traces directly to the catastrophic Pest fire of 1810, but the institutional framework commemorated here stems from the voluntary fire brigade movement that consolidated in 1870 under unified national regulation — a reorganization driven largely by the frequency of devastating urban fires in rapidly industrializing Hungarian towns. The 1870 founding congress in Pest established standardized equipment requirements and mutual aid obligations that remained structurally intact through two world wars and a complete change of political system.

Adamo EM395 is a modern commemorative in the National Bank's ongoing thematic silver program.
