Opis awersu	Purple and violet intaglio on multicolour guilloche underprint. A portrait vignette of Dr. Georgios Papanikolaou (1883–1962) is centred on the face, flanked to the right by a microscope and a book, with the denomination numeral 10000 repeated in the corners. The note bears the date 16 January 1995 and carries two facsimile signatures below the central vignette.

Opis rewersu	Purple and violet intaglio on multicolour guilloche underprint. A classical frieze illustrating a medical care scene occupies the centre of the reverse, while a statue of Asclepius, the ancient Greek god of medicine, stands at right. The denomination 10000 appears in each corner, complemented by fine geometric latticework across the field.
