| 备注 |
Bosnia and Herzegovina issued its own state loan obligations in the late Yugoslav period as a mechanism for financing republican-level debt — a practice that became increasingly common as the federal fiscal structure deteriorated through the 1980s. This note belongs to that framework, denominated in dinars at a moment when Yugoslav inflation was already accelerating toward its eventual collapse. By 1987 the National Bank of Yugoslavia had largely lost control of monetary policy, and republican-level borrowing instruments like this one were partly a symptom of that disintegration.
At 240 x 170 mm, this is a large-format document bond rather than a pocket note — sized for filing, not a wallet.
