Obverse description	The obverse features the coat of arms of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina centrally placed in the field, depicting a shield with a diagonal band and fleurs-de-lis, supported by decorative elements, with a representation of the historic Old Bridge (Stari Most) of Mostar rendered in low relief beneath the arms. The circular legend REPUBLIKA BOSNA I HERCEGOVINA arcs around the upper periphery, while the date 1995 appears at the bottom between two small ornamental devices.
