正面描述	A vignette of the Independence Palace (Dinh Độc Lập) in Saigon occupies the right-center of the note, rendered in fine intaglio against a multicolored guilloche underprint in shades of violet, pink, and yellow. An oval watermark void is positioned to the left, flanked by ornate scroll borders at each side. Two signature lines appear at the bottom center, captioned Tổng Kiểm-Soát and Thống-Đốc, with the denomination 10000 printed in large numerals at lower left and lower right.
