| Obverse description | Dark blue intaglio print on cream paper, centred on an oval guilloche medallion bearing the denomination 壹萬圓 in large Chinese characters, with a portrait of Sun Yat-sen to the left and a portrait of Chiang Kai-shek to the right, both executed in fine line engraving. The side margins carry ornamental rosettes with the vertical legend 關金券, while two red seal stamps are placed below the central medallion. The issuer title 中央銀行地庫儲備券 runs along the upper border with a red serial number, and the date inscription 中華民國三十三年印 appears at the base. |
