| Opis awersu | Plain cream-coloured note printed in black letterpress, entirely text-based with no pictorial vignette. The face is enclosed by a continuous geometric border of interlocking diamond and chevron ornaments running along all four edges. The issuer's name in blackletter script occupies the upper central area, with the denomination spelled out in large blackletter type across the centre. Four serial-numbered denomination inscriptions appear in the corners, a circular violet official stamp of the Allgemeine Ortskrankenkasse Saulgau is applied to the lower left, and four manuscript signatures with their respective role designations are arranged below the central text, above the issue date. |
