Headed 'Tuchfabrikstadt Spremberg', the text cites industrial, educational and geographical claims, and reproduces an official communication dated Berlin NW. 40, den 16. Juli 1914, signed 'v. Bertrab', confirming the coordinates 51° 25' Br. und 32° 21' 42,5'' Länge as the Mittelpunkt des Deutschen Reiches. |
