Obverse description Green and ochre underprint with a map of Germany as central vignette, overprinted in bold black with the denomination '10·000·000' at top and 'Zehn Millionen' in Gothic script below. A decorative eagle vignette appears at left, flanked by two manuscript signatures and a small city arms vignette at centre. Date and place of issue printed vertically at left margin; serial number in red at right.

Reverse description Plain white ground printed entirely in black letterpress with dense Gothic-script text extolling Spremberg as the geographical centre of the German Reich. Headed 'Tuchfabrikstadt Spremberg', the text cites industrial, educational and geographical claims, and reproduces an official communication dated Berlin NW. 40, den 16. Juli 1914, signed 'v. Bertrab', confirming the coordinates 51° 25' Br. und 32° 21' 42,5'' Länge as the Mittelpunkt des Deutschen Reiches.
