| Obverse description | The left half of the note is occupied by a large woodcut-style vignette of the elaborately rendered coat of arms of Überlingen, with a armoured knight figure atop and the city's heraldic lion at the base, signed below by the artist V. Mezger. To the right, the issuing authority title 'Notgeld der Stadt Überlingen' is printed in blackletter and red script, with the denomination 'Zehn Milliarden' in large red Fraktur characters occupying the central band. The date 'Überlingen, den 30. Oktober 1923', the authority line 'Der Gemeinderat:', a manuscript signature in red ink, and an official circular stamp of the Bürgermeisteramt Überlingen appear in the lower right, alongside a typeset serial number in red. |

The lower half bears the denomination 'Zehn Milliarden Mark' in large red Fraktur type, followed by three lines of black Gothic text certifying the note's recognition as legal tender by the Ministry of the Interior and announcing that redemption notices would be published in the local Überlingen newspapers.
