Obverse description Printed in dark red and green on a light guilloche underprint, the obverse is framed by an elaborate border of repeating circular rosette patterns. A central diamond-shaped vignette carries the Gothic-script denomination "Zehn Billionen Mark", with the issuing authority text of the Sächsische Bank zu Dresden above and below; three manuscript signatures appear beneath, accompanied by the place-and-date inscription "Dresden, 15. November 1923". Corner panels bear the numeral designation "10 BILLIONEN" in vertical orientation.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in a uniform rose-red tone, with an all-over field of intricate circular guilloche rosettes of varying sizes. A central diamond-shaped guilloche panel carries the large numeral "10" above the two-line inscription "BILLIONEN MARK"; serial numbers appear in the upper left and upper right corners. An anti-counterfeiting warning legend in two columns runs along the lower margin, with the printer's imprint at the foot.
