| 正面描述 | Deep amaranth-lilac letterpress print on cream paper. The central panel carries the denomination numeral '1' flanked by two ornate guilloche rosette vignettes, with a stylised floral underprint at centre; the issuer's name 'NARODOWY BANK POLSKI' runs in bold capitals along the top border. Below the central vignette appear the place and date of issue, 'WARSZAWA 15 MAJA 1946 ROKU', with printed signature titles — PREZES, NACZELNY DYREKTOR, and SKARBNIK — and facsimile signatures; an additional smaller guilloche medallion appears at lower left. |

| 备注 |
The postwar Polish zloty series of which this note is part emerged from one of the most disruptive currency resets in European history. In January 1945, the communist-backed Provisional Government invalidated all occupation-era Reichskreditkassen notes and General Government currency, issuing new zloty at par — a clean break designed as much for political symbolism as economic stabilization. By 1946, Narodowy Bank Polski was printing low-denomination notes domestically rather than relying on wartime exile arrangements or foreign printers.
Kleczewski's involvement is notable: he was among the first designers to work within the new state's official visual apparatus from inside Poland itself.
