Obverse description The obverse features the Polish state emblem — a crowned white eagle with wings spread, displayed in the centre of the field in high relief, rendered in the traditional heraldic style adopted by the Third and Fourth Polish Republics. The eagle is depicted with a crown above its head, talons extended, and detailed feathering across its wings and body. The legend 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' curves along the left and right periphery in two lines, separated by raised border elements. The date '2018' appears in the lower exergual area, set between two raised horizontal lines that frame the lower portion of the design. The mint mark 'MW' of the Mint of Poland is incorporated into the obverse lettering.
