| Beschrijving keerzijde | Central field bears a crowned and supported Saxon arms shield — displaying the barry of Hungary with a central fess — flanked by two rampant lions as supporters rendered in Gothic style, all within a beaded inner circle. Elaborate foliate scrollwork fills the remaining field in a manner consistent with the Freiberg mint's early sixteenth-century production. A peripheral legend in Latin uncial script identifies the denomination and issuing authority, running along the outer rim. The coin exhibits the irregular flan shape and surface texture characteristic of hand-hammered silver coinage of this period. |
