| Reverse description | The papal arms of Cardinal Camerlengo Annibale Albani displayed at centre, surmounted by the umbraculum (the ceremonial canopied umbrella of the Sede Vacante) and the crossed keys of Saint Peter, the emblems of the Apostolic Camera during the interregnum. Above the umbraculum, the Holy Spirit descends as a dove amid radiating glory. The legend ZECCHINO ROMANO flanks the central device, with the date 17 30 divided in the lower field. The reverse is struck in high relief with crisp baroque detail, consistent with the production standards of the Rome Mint under Hamerani. |
