At the centre, a circular overstamp carries a hammer-and-sickle-on-globe device surrounded by a ring of Chinese text reading right to left. Nine columns of regulatory and anti-counterfeiting text fill the body of the note, with the denomination 銀洋壹圓 and the bank president's name 行長張其德 inscribed in the lower register. |
